Nationwide shipping

We ship from Snowflake, Arizona 85937 to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Shipping costs $8.00 per package and is free with $35.00 or more in produce, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Account dates are planned dispatch dates. Arrival depends on the carrier, destination, weather, and holidays. Provide an address where you can receive perishable produce and refrigerate it promptly on arrival. Contact us through your account if an order arrives damaged or delayed.

Ordering & payment

A saved package becomes eligible for billing after you approve its produce and shipping total, provide a United States shipping address, and authorize a card through Stripe. We charge each scheduled shipment at or after its change cutoff. A payment failure holds the package until payment is verified.

You can review invoices, finish any required bank authentication, and update your card in Billing. No card number is stored on Arid Farm’s server.

Changes & cancellation

Skip or pause before the cutoff shown in your account. Cancel future shipments at any time. Already committed orders remain due, and packed packages cannot be changed through the package builder.

A skip keeps your regular schedule. Restarting a cancelled package requires reviewing current availability and prices.

Availability & order issues

The grow list contains planned crops. Only produce enabled in the builder can be selected. We do not automatically substitute a different item in your saved package.

If an order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, report it from your account with the delivery date. The farm team will review it and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. Refunds, when approved, return through the original payment processor.

Your information

We keep your account details, delivery instructions, package choices, and order history to run the service. Stripe processes payments and holds your saved card details. Please keep delivery notes limited to what the carrier needs.

Account information is available only to you and authorized farm staff. Contact the farm through your account for access or deletion requests; transaction records may need to be retained.

Launch updates & privacy

If you join our launch list at checkout, we store your email, desired bundle, shipping frequency, and consent date so we can plan demand and contact you about launch and shipping availability. Joining does not create an order or subscription. We do not sell this list. You can ask us to remove your details by replying to any launch update.
